3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Responsibilities and Liability

  • Alfateh Umrah Taxi is committed to providing safe and reliable transportation.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. User Conduct

  • Passengers must respect our drivers and vehicles.
  • Any damages caused by the passenger will result in additional fees.
